Our Mission

AWRDS is an automated information system capable of building and maintaining databases containing Army War Reserve stocks and equipment data. This information reflects how the U.S. Army War Reserve Stocks are configured to support rapid military deployment.

It also assists in the development of U.S. Army Battlebooks for War Reserve sites that list specific force structures (supplies and equipment) and associated embarkation plans. AWRDS is able to retrieve information and provide total asset visibility into containers and multi-pack items, in real time, in the form of reports, listings, and data sets.

AWRDS utilizes bar code technology to collect equipment data and track and maintain changes in cargo configurations.

Supporting the Army Sustainment Command

The 2007v1 release is designed to add new capabilities and update current functionality to the AWRDS system. New modules and capabilities included in this release are an all encompassing Inventory module, ASIOE Assignments, PBUSE Reconcile, NMC Date Tracker, and a Demand Analysis redesign.

Major Enhancements were made to the 2406 Report, AOAP, and the EOH report.
